Community Work

Since high school, I've recognized the importance of being an active voice in my community. My journey began with joining my local Boys & Girls Club Keystone Club, where I embraced leadership development opportunities as a young person aged 14 to 18.

During my college years, I led the only non-Greek organization for black men at Rutgers University. Here, I focused on fostering professional development and community engagement initiatives.

Now, in my early career, I've co-founded an Employee Resource Group at L'Oréal. This experience has deepened my passion for helping others in my community and has become a driving force in my journey. Making a positive impact through advocacy for diversity and inclusion is a commitment I hold dear and will continue to prioritize throughout my career.
